Solicitor Agent Reinstatement
REINSTATEMENT OF REGISTRATION - A solicitor agent may reinstate his/her
registration if it has expired or lapsed, or has been withdrawn.
The following documents and fee are required to complete the reinstatement process. Upon submission, the Division will review the information and will contact you or your organization if additional information is required. Please send your required documents and fee to:

1. Reinstatement Fee
The reinstatement fee is $50.00. The fee payment must be made by check or money order. Make check or money order out to Georgia Secretary of State.
2. Form SA-1
Submit a fully completed Form SA-1 application. (see the bottom of the page for the Form SA-1)
3. Consent to Background (Consent Form)
If you have answered in the affirmative (YES) to any questions on page 2 of the Form SA-1, you are subject to a criminal background investigation for the purpose of verification of information provided in the application. Please submit the Georgia Bureau of Investigation Consent Form as written consent to authorize the Charities Division to receive Georgia criminal history information which may be in the files of any state or local criminal justice agency in Georgia. This form is on page 3 of the Form SA-1
4. Affidavit of Applicant & Secure and Verifiable Document
Sign and notarize the Affidavit of Applicant, located on page 4 of the Form SA-1. Please submit a copy of your current Secure and Verifiable Document, such as driver’s license, passport, or other documents under O.C.G.A. §50-36-2. Please see pages 5 and 6 for a complete list of Secure and Verifiable Documents Under O.C.G.A. §50-36-2.
