December Special State Election Board Meeting Set
Atlanta - Secretary of State Brian Kemp announced today that there would be a special State Election Board (SEB) meeting to specifically address Fulton County issues and irregularities during the 2012 election cycle. The special SEB meeting will take place on December 17th, 2013 at 9:00 am in Atlanta, GA. The meeting will be held in Room 341 of the Georgia State Capitol.
Brian Kemp has been Secretary of State since January 2010. Among the office’s wide-ranging responsibilities, the Secretary of State is charged with conducting efficient and secure elections, the registration of corporations, the oversight and regulation of securities and the administration of professional license holders.
