Atlanta – The following is a cumulative summary of statewide advance in-person voting and vote-by-mail turnout as of today:

GENERAL STATEWIDE TURNOUT

Number of ballots cast: 66,662

Number of ballots voted in person:  48,034

Number of mail-in ballots returned:  18,628

Number of mail-in ballots outstanding:  16,321

Number of ballots cast, Republican: 49,831

Number of ballots cast, Democratic: 16,526

Number of ballots cast, Nonpartisan: 305
