Raffensperger is extending the time for Georgia corporations to file their annual registration.

Virtual meetings will allow Georgia businesses to comply with requirements to hold annual meetings while also protecting public health from COVID.

People can support these businesses by purchasing gift cards to use at a later date, by shopping locally online, and by ordering curbside or takeout.

These licenses will receive expedited review, less than 24 hours for a temporary license and less than 7 days for a regular application.
