The Secretary of State’s office instructed counties to allow political party organizations to observe the audit/recount throughout the process.

Moving to the state with the sole purpose of voting and leaving is illegal and is considered voter fraud.

An additional approximately 8,900 military and overseas absentee ballots have been sent out to requesters but not yet returned.
