Secretary Raffensperger Hosts FIN FIT Webinar “Funding Strategies & AI-Powered Decision Making”

August 27th, 2026

Atlanta - Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger is pleased to announce that his office will be hosting a FIN FIT webinar on Monday, September 21 at 6 pm titled “Funding Strategies & AI-Powered Decision Making.”

“Often, business owners focus on finding capital without taking time to understand the true cost and risk that comes with it,” said Secretary Raffensperger. “This webinar will help business owners protect their bottom line and position their businesses for long-term success by providing them with a better understanding of assessing funding opportunities with the responsible use of AI.”

When it comes to business funding, revenue alone doesn’t determine whether a company is fundable. Lenders evaluate risk—and business owners should evaluate the risk of the capital being offered to them.

In this webinar, participants will learn how lenders assess business risk, distinguish sustainable capital from financing that may create unnecessary cost or cash-flow pressure, and use AI responsibly to support smarter funding decisions. Attendees will leave better prepared to evaluate capital from both the lender’s and business owner’s perspectives.

Award-winning Journalist Donna Lowry moderates the webinar. The speaker for this free webinar is Anita Davis, President & Founder of Praxis Strategic Solutions, Certified AI Consultant, Certified AI Trainer, and Board Member of GWBC.

This webinar will take place by phone and online, giving our participants the flexibility to join from any device. There is a dedicated Q&A incorporated during and at the end of each webinar to allow participants to get their most pressing questions answered.
