Information Under Title: Under the Portability of Professional Licenses of Servicemembers and Their Spouses of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA), 50 U.S.C. 4025a, current military servicemembers and their spouses are eligible to port their current and active out-of-state license in good standing into the State of Georgia, if they meet the qualifications for license portability. We ask that you please review the information in the links below as well as the laws and rules for the professional licensing board which corresponds to the professional license you will be porting into the State of Georgia before submitting your application for licensure under the SCRA.
