Application Instructions

You can apply to join GBAT as a Partner by submitting a completed application below.

Provide the full legal name of the applicant and its principal office address. The principal office address does not need to be in Georgia. The contact point is the individual to whom any correspondence may be addressed regarding the application or documentation provided. The contact point is not required to be the person who completed the application.

Completion of certain sections is not required, but optional. However, the information provided may be useful to the Secretary Of State when developing a database of best practices for combating and preventing human trafficking within certain industries or businesses.

The following file types may be attached, where appropriate: txt, rtf, pdf, doc, docx.

The application must be submitted by a person who is authorized to sign on behalf of the applicant. Generally, a corporate officer is authorized to sign on behalf of a corporate entity.
