How To Establish A CE Broker Account

CE Broker is required to register and report continuing education coursework.

Please follow these simple step-by-step instructions to establish your CE Broker account:

Go to https://www.cebroker.com and click "Account Options."

Select "Georgia" for this state and register for the account of your choosing. You can register for the No Cost, Basic Limited Access Account with just your license number. The Basic Account will allow you to report continuing education activities, see your current Compliance Status, and search for courses. You may opt to use CE Broker's paid Concierge and Professional Account services, but those services are voluntary and not required by this Board.

Once you have created your account and logged into the system, click "Report CE" and locate the option that is most applicable to what you are recording. You will need to answer a few questions and then attach the documentation that the Board requires. If you are using the mobile application on your phone to submit your documentation into the system, you may take a picture of your documentation and upload it via your phone.

YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT FOR THE COURSES YOU LIST OR RECORD IF YOU DO NOT LOAD THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS WHICH REPRESENT YOUR PARTICIPATION AND COMPLETION OF THE COURSE.

To avoid any delays or potential disciplinary action based on noncompliance with the requirements, do not wait until the last minute to register for your account and/or become familiar with the new continuing education requirements.

If you have any questions call the CE Broker Support Center M-F 8am - 8pm Eastern Time at 1-877-434-6323.

You may also visit https://www.cebroker.com to engage in an online chat with a representative and learn more about the registration process.

  1. In addition to reviewing Board Rule 490‐4‐.02 and Policy #7, it is suggested that individuals download a copy of the Guide for Continuing Competence Activities & Documentation Requirements. Please note that the guide is not comprehensive. It is a quick reference tool developed to assist applicants and licensees with identifying some of the documentation that the Board may require as evidence of completion of identified continuing competency activities. The guide also provides references to the number of hours that may be awarded for the activity and identifies where individuals may find a reference to that activity within the continuing competency rule.
  2. The Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) does not accredit transitional DPT programs or post-professional programs, both of which are typically designed for physical therapists already holding licensure. O.C.G.A. § 43-33-12(1) requires that all applicants be graduates of an educational program which is accredited by a recognized accrediting agency and approved by the board. Applicants who completed such a program must apply for licensure by physical therapy foreign examination and meet all requirements as stated in the law and BR 490-2-.03.

Instructions for reporting your Graduation and NPTE Scores in CE Broker can be found here.
