Advocate Assistant

Potential Safe at Home participants may meet with a registered Advocate Assistant to apply for the program or gauge their eligibility. 

Advocate Assistants assist applicants with completing and submitting the Safe At Home application. Safe at Home staff do not meet with potential applicants for enrollment. 

How do I become a certified Advocate Assistant

  1. Log into the Advocate Assistant portal >>>
  2. Once logged in, individuals must watch the Advocate Assistant training video and score an 80% or higher on the certification exam. 
  3. Once the Advocate Assistant successfully completes their training, they will receive confirmation from Safe at Home, a registration number, and a certificate.
