About the Georgia State Board for the Registration of Used Motor Vehicle Dealers and Used Motor Vehicle Parts Dealers

The Georgia State Board of Registration of Used Motor Vehicle Dealers and Used Motor Vehicle Parts Dealers is composed of 10 members. Nine members are appointed by the Governor. The 10th member is an Ex Officio member and consists of the state revenue commissioner or their designated agent. The Board meets monthly and holds hearings approximately every other month.
