Navigating the Physical Therapy Licensure Renewal Process
Each physical therapist and physical therapist assistant is required to timely submit and complete the biennial license renewal process in order to maintain an active license to practice within the State of Georgia. To assist licensees with successfully completing this process, the Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy, in partnership with APTA-GA and CE Broker, produced Navigating the Physical Therapy Licensure Renewal Process, a webinar designed to provide important information about what the application process for license renewal entails. For the benefit of those who were unable to attend the live presentation, the webinar and the accompanying slides are posted here on the Board website. Although no continuing competence hours will be granted to those who view the webinar and/or slide materials from the Board or APTA-GA websites, the information therein is extremely valuable and are being made available to you as a reference resource tool.
