In January 2024, Georgia joined other state regulators in filing an enforcement action against GSB Group and related entities to stop selling allegedly illegal investment products.
The states’ investigation also focused on the alleged sale of Elemental and Success Series Certificates, whereby purchasers were allegedly incentivized through gamification to continue to add more and more principal to their certificates to unlock variously passive income features, such as the payment of weekly or monthly passive income.
On September 9, 2024, Georgia Secretary of State Securities Division reached a resolution to provide significant financial relief to clients of GS Partners and other members of the GSB Group: the execution of a “term sheet” for the settlement.
Georgians and residents of other participating jurisdictions who deposited principal with the respondents will be eligible to receive the value of their deposits, less the value of any withdrawals.
The settlement applies to all products and services sold by the respondents, including G999 token, the XLT Vouchers, the so-called staking pool in the metaverse and Elemental and Success Series Certificates, so long as the investments were purchased from respondents.

There will be a claims process announced soon. We will update this page with that information to help you can help you begin preparing for the claims process.
We strongly encourage you to immediately act upon this matter.
The claims process is administered by a third-party administrator and your claims must be submitted directly to them via the GSB Settlement website: https://gsbsettlement.com/.
The claims process has not yet started but it will soon.
- The claims portal is anticipated to open early November.
- We will continue to contact you as the claims process draws closer.
- Once the claims portal is open, we strongly recommend submitting a claim as soon as possible.
- If you have already submitted a refund request or received a partial refund, please submit a claim for the amount you are still owed.
Investors are encouraged to submit claims for ALL lost funds.
To ensure that your claim is processed, please try to collect as much of the following information as possible.
Even though the lists below seem cumbersome, do not let this deter you from filing your claim. The claims administrator is seeking as much information from you as you have on hand to provide.
- To prepare for the claim, please collect as much of the following information that pertains to you:
- Proof of identity (including name and address)
- A copy of a valid national ID (license, passport, etc.)
- Know Your Customer (KYC) materials submitted to GSB, if any submitted
- Email address used to join the program.
- Phone number used to join the program.
- GSB Account ID or username.
- Claim amount, and if possible:
- Any and all GSB statements,
- Proof of deposits, withdrawals, and other GSB transactions.
- All wallet addresses used to interact with GSB.
- GSB wallet address you interacted with.
- Information as to whether you have already sought or received compensation from GSB.
- If you submitted funds directly to a promotor, please collect as much of the following information for each investment you made:
- Type of transmission (i.e. Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, ApplePay, etc.)
- The date of transmission.
- Your username.
- The username or account name where you sent the funds.
- The amount of the funds sent.
- If possible, Screenshots, Financial Statements, Transaction History, or other documents showing the funds leaving your account and going to the GSB/GS Partners promotors.
Additional information:
- We are aware there is a new “opportunity” being circulated where members are encouraged to take their refunds and invest in this “new” scheme. We recommend exercising extreme caution with any new groups. It is common for predators to poach on investors after they receive their refunds when they have access to cash.
- Our settlement is only with GS Partners, Gold Standard Bank, and Josip Heit. We have not settled with any promoters. If a promoter is telling you his or her Cease and Desist Order has been lifted, please note that we have not settled with any individuals except for Josip Heit. Please be cautious if a promotor or Respondent is telling you otherwise.
