The Board has investigated allegations of an individual representing herself as a Licensed Practical Nurse. The individual does not have a valid Georgia License.

The Board has investigated allegations of Jessica Mary Griffis representing herself as a Registered Professional Nurse on various social media websites. Ms. Griffis is neither licensed as a registered or practical nurse in Georgia nor has she applied for licensure. Other previously used names include Jessica Mary Thomas, Jessica Mary Hunter, and Jessica Mary Mapp.

The Board has investigated allegations of individual representing herself as a Licensed Practical Nurse.  This Individual does not hold a Georgia license.

Andrew A Burnett - The Board has investigated allegations of individual representing himself as RN and APRN on his resume.   He does not hold a Georgia license, nor has he applied for licensure.

Yolanda Denise Johnson was impersonating Yolanda Johnson-Pierce, RN192072, who is legitimately licensed by the Georgia Board of Nursing. Imposter was working at DeKalb County Board of Health through an agency called NiteLines. It is possible the imposter could be using the following aliases as well: Yolanda Denise Barnet, Jennifer Hadley, Yolanda Marie Hammond, and Yolanda Denise Holcomb.

Christine Hammonds - The Board has investigated allegations of unlicensed practice by Christine Hammonds. Ms. Hammonds is neither licensed as a registered or practical nurse in Georgia nor has she submitted an application for licensure.

Mary Reese Dixon was impersonating Mary Ann Dixon, LPN071934, who is legitimately licensed by the Georgia Board of Nursing. Imposter was working at Emory Geriatric Clinic at St. Joseph's in Atlanta, GA

Rebecca Lynn Bailey was employed as an LPN in Gainesville, Georgia, through Staff Health Agency when it was discovered that her multistate license in Mississippi had expired on December 31, 2021. She does not hold an active nursing license in Georgia.

Hiral Meta was impersonating Hiralben Patel, RN274306, who is legitimately licensed by the Georgia Board of Nursing. Imposter was working at Emory St. Joseph's Hospital in Atlanta, GA.

 Lonnie R. Releford was impersonating Robert L. Williams, LPN049480, who is legitimately licensed by the Georgia Board of Nursing.  Imposter was working at St. Joseph’s /Candler Health System in Savannah, GA, and appears to have several different aliases. 

Tammy Jenkins Hagan (alias Tammy Estelle Hagan and Tammy Hagan Fareed) - The Board has investigated allegations of unlicensed practice by Tammy Jenkins Hagan. Ms. Hagan is neither licensed as a registered or practical nurse in Georgia nor has she submitted an application for licensure. 

Adrienne Oden - The Board has investigated allegations of unlicensed practice by Adrienne Oden. Ms. Oden is neither licensed as a registered or practical nurse in Georgia nor has she applied for licensure.

Shannon Nicole Womack - The Board has investigated allegations of unlicensed practice by Shannon Nicole Womack. Ms. Womack is neither licensed as a registered or practical nurse in Georgia nor has she applied for licensure.

Tammy Jenkins Hagan (alias Tammy Estelle Hagan and Tammy Hagan Fareed) - The Board has investigated allegations of unlicensed practice by Tammy Jenkins Hagan. Ms. Hagan is neither licensed as a registered or practical nurse in Georgia nor has she submitted an application for licensure. 

Heather Banks - The Board has investigated allegations of unlicensed practice by Heather Banks. Ms. Banks is neither licensed as a registered or practical nurse in Georgia nor has she submitted an application for licensure. 

Erin Wallis - The Board has investigated allegations of unlicensed practice by Erin Wallis. Ms. Wallis is neither licensed as a registered or practical nurse in Georgia nor has she submitted an application for licensure. 

Elizabeth Henderson - The Board has investigated allegations of unlicensed practice by Elizabeth Henderson. Ms. Henderson is neither licensed as a registered or practical nurse in Georgia nor has she submitted an application for licensure. 

Wanda Thelwell (Arron, Aaron) - The Board has investigated allegations of unlicensed practice by Wanda Thelwell. Ms. Thelwell is neither licensed as a registered or practical nurse in Georgia nor has she submitted an application for licensure. 

Jasmine Marie Sykes - The Board has investigated allegations of unlicensed practice by Jasmine Marie Sykes. Ms. Sykes is neither licensed as a registered or practical nurse in Georgia nor has she submitted an application for licensure. 

Lisa McFann - The Board has investigated allegations of unlicensed practice by Lisa McFann. Ms. McFann is neither licensed as a registered or practical nurse in Georgia nor has she submitted an application for licensure. 

Heather Nicole Dalton - The Board has investigated allegations of unlicensed practice by Heather Nicole Dalton. Ms. Dalton is neither licensed as a registered or practical nurse in Georgia nor has she submitted an application for licensure.

Reginal Keith Baisden, Jr. - The Board has investigated allegations of unlicensed practice by Reginald Keith Baisden, Jr. Mr. Baisden is neither licensed as a registered or practical nurse in Georgia nor has he submitted an application for licensure. 

Amanda Shelton Newsome - The Board has investigated allegations of unlicensed practice by Amanda Shelton Newsome. Ms. Newsome is neither licensed as a registered or practical nurse in Georgia nor has she submitted an application for licensure. 

Felicia Rashell Buckhanan - The Board has investigated allegations of unlicensed practice by Felicia Rashell Buckhanan. Ms. Buckhanan is neither licensed as a registered or practical nurse in Georgia nor has she submitted an application for licensure. 

Jodie Deanne Rogers - The Board has investigated allegations of unlicensed practice by Jodie Deanne Rogers. Ms. Rogers is neither licensed as a registered or practical nurse in Georgia nor has she submitted an application for licensure. 

Lisa Ann Jackson – The Board has investigated allegations of unlicensed practice by Lisa Ann Jackson. Ms. Jackson is neither licensed as a registered or practical nurse in Georgia nor has she submitted an application for licensure.

Samia Tahil Naouri – The Board has investigated allegations that Samia Tahil Naouri has advertised using credentials of a registered nurse on her employer's website. Ms. Naouri is neither licensed as a registered or practical nurse in Georgia nor has she submitted an application for licensure.

Jamie Sprague - The Board has investigated allegations of unlicensed practice by Jamie Sprague. Ms. Sprague is neither licensed as a registered or practical nurse in Georgia nor has she submitted an application for licensure. Ms. Sprague signed a voluntary cease and desist order on September 20, 2016.

Conseulla Patrice Jones - The Board has investigated allegations of unlicensed practice by Conseulla Patrice Jones. Ms. Jones is not licensed as a registered or practical nurse in Georgia. Ms. Jones was unable to be located to serve a cease and desist order.

Shallatron Nicholette LaVallias - The Board has investigated allegations of unlicensed practice by Shallatron Nicholette LaVallias. Ms. LaVallias is neither licensed as a registered or practical nurse in Georgia nor has she submitted an application for licensure. Ms. LaVallias was unable to be located to serve a cease and desist order.

Taiwo Sobamowo (aka Taiye Bolatito Sobamowo) - Secured employment with a hospice provider in Roswell, Georgia on September 9, 2014 as an advanced practice registered nurse. She was terminated from this facility on August 5, 2015 when she was unable to provide proof of licensure. Ms. Sobamowo is not licensed to practice as an advanced practice registered nurse or registered nurse in the State of Georgia; however, she used the RN license number belonging to a licensee with a similar first name. The District of Columbia Board of Nursing has attempted to serve Ms. Sobamowo with a Cease and Desist Order for impersonating the same nurse in the District of Columbia. Ms. Sobamowo is currently facing charges in Forsyth County and in Gwinnett County. Ms. Sobamowo was arrested in North Carolina on October 31, 2015.

Akeisha Michelle Turner - Secured employment as a licensed practical nurse (LPN) at a clinic with multiple campuses in Northwest Georgia. Ms. Turner is not licensed to practice as a nurse in the State of Georgia; however, she used the license number belonging to a licensee with a similar name, but a different social security number who resides in the Fayette County area. Ms. Turner presented a nursing license at the time of employment that had an expiration date of March 13, 2015. When the license was verified by the employer it was learned that the name "Akeisha Michelle Turner," the expiration date, the issue date, and the social security number did not match the nursing license submitted. Ms. Turner has not responded to any attempts by the Georgia Board of Nursing to contact her.

Latashia S. McGruder - Secured employment as a registered nurse in Atlanta, Georgia in May of 2009. She was employed there for 2 years until it was discovered that the copy of the Georgia Nursing License that she provided to her employer was that of another individual. She signed a Voluntary Cease and Desist Order with the Georgia Board of Nursing in July 2011. Since then, she was employed again in Atlanta, Georgia as a registered nurse from August 2014 to June 2015 and in Roswell, Georgia as a registered nurse from May 2015 to August 2015. She was terminated from both of these facilities due to the same issue, submitting a nursing license of another individual with a similar name. Ms. McGruder is not licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Georgia. She is currently being investigated by the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office.

Angela L. Black - Secured employment while representing herself as a registered nurse from Cordele, Georgia with an active license. She presented a fake driver’s license using the name Angela Maddox Black and a social security card with the name Angela Shinita Maddox Black. It was discovered that Ms. Black was a certified nursing assistant in the State of Georgia. The name on her certification is Angela Greathouse Black. 

James Robert Releford - Traveled to multiple states (GA, TN, IL, IN, NJ) presenting licensure credentials for James R. Releford who is licensed as a LPN in Georgia; however, the SSN, DOB and other factors do not match the profile of the true Georgia licensee. Imposter presented forged licenses from other states as well as forged documentation from the Social Security Administration. The individual is may also use the name James E. Wilson.

Nina Maggio - The Board has investigated allegations of unlicensed practice by Nina Maggio.  Ms. Maggio is neither licensed as a registered or practical nurse in Georgia nor has she submitted an application for licensure. 

Ida Lee Lewis - The Board has investigated allegations of unlicensed practice by Ida Lee Lewis. Ms. Lewis is neither licensed as a registered or practical nurse in Georgia nor has she submitted an application for licensure.

Corissa Bettis Laws - The Board has investigated allegations of unlicensed practice by Corissa Bettis Laws.  Ms. Laws is neither licensed as a registered or practical nurse in Georgia nor has she submitted an application for licensure.

Ashley Canionero - The Board has investigated allegations of unlicensed practice by Ashley Canionero. Ms. Canionero is neither licensed as a registered or practical nurse in Georgia, nor has she applied for licensure.

Tamara Lynette Taylor - Tamara Lynette Taylor applied for licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Georgia Board of Nursing.  After an investigation, the Board found that she submitted fraudulent transcripts with her application.  She was denied licensure.
